We want you to be completely obsessed with your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and hygiene seals attached.

Head over to our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items back into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.
Ship It Back
Generate your return shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop your package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
